As a keen gardener, our Little Seed Group founder Ellen Cole is used to nurturing seedlings into strong, healthy specimens. Ellen gets as much of a buzz from seeing your business grow as she does her Yorkshire veg patch. And known for her old-fashioned ‘grafting’, she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty. When she’s not in her gardening gloves, or cooking up some of her famous Victoria Sponges, she’ll have her sleeves rolled up to dig in, nurture and develop your business. With a background in theatre, Ellen has a natural flair for networking and marketing and brings her confidence and can-do attitude to everything she does.
